Payment
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Money Orders - For your privacy,
TSS/Elint is the name which will appear on your credit card statement.
PayPal Is Now a Payment Option
Due to the large volume of credit card fraud, your billing address is required and will be checked thoroughly, with the issuing bank.
ALL Charge backs, Consumer Credit Card Fraud, and Bad Checks are PROSECUTED WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
Return Policy
All products are special order by the person ordering, and are NOT subject to cancellations. Due to the nature of our product line, some items may be used once, and are no longer needed. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless defective. Exchanges or upgrades are acceptable and must be authorized by an ELINT USA Representative.
Any return must be authorized by a representative of ELINT USA, at which time, the consumer must obtain an RMA number and under no circumstances will returns be accepted otherwise. Simply call Customer Service at 336-218-1002 to process the return.
No discontinued item may be returned. Some returns are subject to a 15% - 25% restocking fee, at our discretion.
No returns on opened software. Exchanges only.
Electronic Products Simply Cannot Be Returned For A Refund Under Any Circumstance. Please Read The Return Policy Again.
Due To Consumer Fraud, We Are Now Enforcing And Prosecuting Any Consumer That Perpetrates Internet Fraud. The Survival Of All Internet Merchants Require Businesses To Weed Out Online Criminals. We're Doing Our Part.
We are trying to provide the highest quality surveillance equipment at prices everyone can afford. Our margins simply do not include the added cost of internet thieves.
Warranty
We guarantee all products to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for one year after date of sale, unless otherwise stated on the item description. We will replace or repair defective equipment, at our option, providing there is no evidence of customer misuse or alteration. Any alteration to the product voids all warranty.
Legal Status of Products
It is the responsibility of the Buyer to ascertain and comply with all applicable Local, State, and Federal laws in regard to the possession and use of any items purchased. Please consult an attorney regarding such laws before placing an order.
By placing an order, the Buyer represents that he or she is of legal age and agrees to use the product only in a lawful manner.

Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
North Carolina orders must add applicable sales tax. If tax exempt, please include a resale certificate.
We assume no liability associated with product usage. The buyer is liable and responsible for any loss, damage or expenses of any kind, arising from the use or misuse of these products.
The customer is responsible for initial shipping costs. Although the products themselves may vary slightly in weight, a standard measurement of three pounds per item is used when calculating shipping cost.
Please note that the customer is also responsible for any shipping cost associated with a product return.

International Orders
All customs & duties fees, imposed by the country of the originating order, are the sole responsibility of the consignee. In the event the US courier charges the fees to ELINT USA, the consumer’s credit card will be charged the exact amount imposed by the country or other arrangement made. By purchasing a product from ELINT USA, you are agreeing to these terms.
At this time we are not accepting any new International orders including Canada.
